History of the World Cup Nursery School and Kindergarten

World Cup Nursery School & Kindergarten opened its doors in September, 1993. Its original founder, Mrs. Pat Vogelsperger saw a need for quality early childhood education and wanted to establish a school that supported the developmental needs of the whole child.

At that time, there were four classrooms and 60 children. Today, With 11 classrooms, a preschool gym for mommy and me classes, indoor and outdoor bike tracks, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a world‐class gymnastics facility and an array of enrichment programs, World Cup is proud to be one of the top early childhood education facilities in Westchester, NY.

The school continues to provide a quality, multidimensional curriculum and holistic approach to learning which supports all areas of a child's development such as language, literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, social-emotional development, and physical health.  The curriculum is enhanced by its approaches to learning that improve a child’s attention and engagement in learning, maximizing their potential for school success

World Cup recognizes that quality early childhood education improves school readiness and long-term academic outcomes and strives to be the best place to prepare your child for school.
